RESIDENTIAL SITE FOREMAN

We are experiencing further growth and looking to expand our team with the addition of experienced and talented Site Foreman.

THE IDEAL SITE FOREMAN CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Be trade qualified, LBP and have a solid carpentry background in NZ architectural construction.
• Have minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Site Manager/Foreman in residential construction.
• Excellent communication & management skills to develop positive and productive relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, teammates, and clients.
• Extremely ambitious and committed to producing builds of the highest quality.

FOREMAN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the day to day running of site and team.
• Liaising closely with the Project Manager and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
• Client / Consultant liaising.
• Interpreting detailed plans & specifications.
• Understand scheduling/Construction programme and keeping within expected timeframes.
• Monitoring labour costs and keeping within budgets.
• Quality control of labour, subcontractors & materials.
• Apprentice training.
• Ensure Health and Safety systems and processes followed.
