To make sure you are completely satisfied with your new home, we use our 280-point checklist over 8 stages of the project to ensure exceptional quality at every step of your build.

We have personally sourced and refined a group of likeminded tradesmen and suppliers with whom we have established trusted and credible relationships over the years to guarantee your dream home will be built to the highest standard.

We are hands on. Our company values are at the core of everything Stefan Cammell, our company owner and director does. This means you will see him wearing a tool belt and walking the walk of what we expect from our hard-working team of carpenters. Stefan has a National Vocational Qualification in Senior Construction Management from the UK, where he spent several years managing large construction projects in Central London. This commercial experience and the experience gained after 20 years in the residential construction sector, make him one of the most skilled and knowledgeable professional builders in the area and the whole industry. You can rest assured that you and your project are in capable hands.

To ensure you are always aware of what is happening throughout the project, we keep in regular contact and schedule regular meetings to keep track of budgets, subcontractors' schedules, claims and tracking of the construction programme.

We structure our builds so that you can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. You will be able to call in on-site, watch the progress and discuss any detail with the crew, or alternatively, you can take an overseas holiday, and we will call you when the keys are ready! Both options work and, importantly, we deliver both on the same dedication to quality. If you are based overseas, we will keep you updated with photos/video and skype calls as often as you like. We strive to make sure you thoroughly enjoy the journey towards your dream home and have a very enjoyable and stress-free experience in the process.
